After spending five months without a roadtrip, we were happy to be back in our Subaru Outback on a driving trip back to Vail where we were going to spend the winter skiing. Dimitri planned our roadtrip to take us across British Columbia into Alberta to see Banff and it's surroundings. Then we would head south into Montana to visit our "home state" and have our car serviced at the Subaru dealership where we bought it. We planned to drive into Utah before heading into Colorado from Moab.
It was wonderful to be back on the road, seeing the fall foliage. We spent nearly a month meandering our way back to Vail and it was great fun.
