Vail opened on November 12, 2021 with very little snow. We skied with Judy Inglis and skied Swingsville twice and Ramshorn once. They were the only runs open. The snow cover and the quality were surprisingly good. We had fun!
Us on November 12, 2021 --Opening Day at Vail
After skiing opening day, we escaped the poor snow and holiday crowds for two months in Thailand. The season wasn't that good and even after we came back from Thailand and from five weeks in NYC, we didn't ski much. On two of our ski days, we experienced fabulous spring snow.
