Our 21st ski season was our worst. The snow was poor, the crowds were horrible and Dimitri decided he didn't like skiing Vail. On the plus side, Vail allowed us to ride the 10-person gondola, and all other lifts for that matter, by ourselves. No wonder the lines were long, longer and the longest we'd ever seen.
It turned out that our last day of skiing was February 23, 2021 because of emergency surgery that Audre needed.

Lucky for Audre, she had Dimitri as her personal chef and personal trainer. She was walking outside soon. Six weeks later, she was fit to travel and Dimitri and Audre went on a road trip!
