During the two weeks we stayed in Whistler, we volunteered at two events: The Feast in the Mountains and the Slow Food Cycle Sunday. We went on guided walks and enjoyed the area libraries. And, of course, we did a lot of mountain biking and eating.

We had a good time but we're not sure we'd like to spend a season skiing Whistler-Blackcomb. The weather is not reliably good enough.
We are retired and have meandered the world 365/24/7 from 1995 to 2014. Since 2014 we have had a home base in Vail, CO and travel during the shoulder seasons. Our blog is about our travels and where we stay, where we eat and what we do (and how we do what we do). It was started when we were traveling in South America in 2006 (and the most complete descriptions of our travels are since 2006).
